Quality

Hi-Tech Applicator designs and manufactures the PTFE lined products to make them extremely safe to use. Quality of the products is assured by DuPont’s quality guidelines; original DuPont raw materials and stringent quality measures during each & every stage of manufacturing ensure only A-grade products for the clients.

All products are individually tested with the help of Hydraulic, Pneumatic & High Voltage Spark Tests, as per relevant International standards like ASTM F1545, BS EN 12266-1&2(2003)/BS EN 6755, API 598, etc. All our PTFE lined products have minimum 3mm thickness for providing maximum protection against permeation & environmental stress cracking (ESC). We ensure that all the PTFE Lined Fittings maintain vacuum resistance, leading to minimum effect of gas or vapour diffusion.
