PTFE PVDF Lined Equipment Pipes
Hi-Tech make Lined Piping comprises a seamless, thermally locked Plastic liner fitted in to a seamless ASTM A106, SCH-40 steel Pipe and confirms to the requirement of ASTM F1545. An exclusive manufacturing process of Liner compensates thermal expansion and contraction. This thermal equilibrium prevents fatigue cracking failure between the tube and flared section of the liner. The Hi-Tech liners also guarantees optimal protection against permeation and vacuum. Hi-Tech make Lined Pipes can be supplied with fixed or loose flange design and any drilling specification up to 8" NB sizes. Jacketed Lined pipes are also available as a solution to customer's typical applications.
